Users & access
Staff accounts live in the UK FCDR Practitioner directory. Inviting a user provisions them (organisation link + the role’s access policy) and emails them an EnhancedDx activation link; the account stays pending and can’t sign in until they activate it. After that, sign-in is fully passwordless — they enter their email and a one-time code is emailed to them each time (no password anywhere). Sessions end after 5 minutes of inactivity.

FCDR lead accounts
Recipient/donor lead records are compartment-scoped to the London Sperm Bank Organization at creation. This repairs any lead account missing that link or pointing at a stale organisation.
Chat-log retention & DLP archive
Chat logs older than the retention window are DLP de-identified and the anonymised copy written to the UK archive bucket (the originals are removed by the platform retention window).
Concierge login access (FCDR)
The concierge/registration FCDR client must be able to read & search Patient records or passwordless lead sign-in silently sends no code. If a client below shows a restrictive or missing access policy, Preview then Repair re-attaches a correct Patient/Consent read-write + Organization-read policy. After repairing, test concierge login. Every repair is previewed and audited.
